Wilson's high-flow throttle bodies were developed from scratch using state-of-the-art modeling software to produce designs that yield maximum flow per square inch of cross-sectional area. All Wilson throttle bodies are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum using precision CNC machines for consistent quality and decreased weight. Features include brass throttle blades to control vibration and reduce thermal expansion, and shot-peened throttle shafts specially machined to decrease cross-sectional area for improved airflow.

Applications include a high-flow 78mm throttle body for LS1, LS2 and LS6 engines using a stock intake, and a 90mm throttle body for extreme performance engines using the LSX aftermarket intake.
